EXHIBITOR GUIDELINES & FAQ

Hot Import Nights Sydney 2017 is an indoor event with areas outdoor as well. It is spread over halls 5 and 6 and will be air conditioned for comfort as it will be Summer.

The look, feel and style of the event is quite unique in that it can be considered to be a hybrid of a music festival and an automotive lifestyle show. The sound and lighting production at the event will compliment the dimness of the overall event to portray a nightclub/indoor music festival atmosphere.

Security is utmost important for us all, whilst there will be HIN staff and security patrolling the event, we still recommend you to stay attended at your display areas at all times and do not have valuables unsecured.

Space

Each 3m x 3m trade area is priced at $1,100 AUD Inc GST (Each spot comes with 2 x Trade passes & 2 x Event entries). Please note, exhibitors has the option to increase their trade area size, please contact us at info@hotimportnights.com.au if you would like to enquire for a large area.

The trade area will come with standard power and lighting. Any Exhibitors requiring extra space, rental of stands, extra lighting, power and/or any other services can request from Hot Import Nights Australia during the application process.

Please ensure when setting up your exhibit it does not interfere with other nearby exhibits and please ensure your exhibit stays within the boundaries of your trade area.

Passes and Entry Tickets

Exhibitor passes and Entry tickets will be available for collection from the HIN office during bump in (office location to be confirmed). All Exhibitors can only enter the event with a ticket alongside their Exhibitor pass.

If you have misplaced or lost your entry tickets you will need to purchase another one at the ticket office, therefore it is your responsibility to secure them.

Additional entry tickets can be purchased online or on the day at the ticket office, for additional Exhibitor passes please contact us.

All delivery vehicles must unload and then vacate the venue to ensure sufficient space is available for the set up and to ensure the safety of others. The designated parking area for delivery vehicles will be confirmed closer to event date.

Exhibitor guests and staff can use street parking and the general parking areas at the Sydney Olympic Park.

Electrical

All Exhibitors will be provided with a standard power source, additional power requirements can be requested during the application period (at the Exhibitor's expense).

Please ensure all exhibits power connections and extension cords are tidied, secure and do not pose any risk to anyone. The Exhibitor must also ensure the welfare and safety of their staff and workers on site at their area.

Promotional Models

We encourage all Exhibitors to bring their own promotional models, please note promotional models will also require tickets to attend the event.

VIP Area & Pre-Party Access

All Exhibitors will have access to the VIP Area within the event as well as the official Hot Import Nights 2017 Sydney Pre-Party. More details will be communicated closer to the event.
